TNAP Platforms is hiring as theName.app approaches its Q3 2026 public launch. We need engineers, designers, operators, and growth people who want to take on infrastructure at the scale of daily digital life.

The mission is the job.
theName.app is the Universal App — one platform for messaging, content, commerce, mobility, and search, with a patented economic engine that pays people for the time they spend on it. The patent was granted in February 2025 after a six-year examination. The platform is built. We are now hiring to operate it.
The work is unusually broad. The same small team will touch product, operations, growth, supply onboarding, and the patented engagement-payment system in production. AI-agentic operations are built in, so a small unified team can run at Universal-App scope. There are very few places where one person's work touches this many surfaces.
This is not a "join a 200-person Series B" kind of company. This is a founder-led, founder-funded build that has shipped, now hiring to launch. The scale of the challenge is the offer.
Full-time · post-funding
Roles we'll hire as funding lands.
These roles activate after our seed round. Engineering primarily for maintenance and platform-specific improvements — the product is built. Operations and growth roles fill as the trial activates. Write in early if you'd like to be in the conversation when they open.
Engineering
Senior engineers (2–3)
Backend (Node, Go, Python), mobile (Swift, Kotlin), or platform/infra. Comfortable with production at scale. AI-assisted development as a tool, not a crutch. Maintenance and platform-specific improvements; not greenfield construction.
Operations
Operations lead (1)
Bangalore market operations through the trial. Ride-hailing licensing groundwork. Supplier onboarding (restaurants, sellers, drivers) coordinating with AI-agentic outreach. Comfortable with regulatory work.
Growth
Growth / supply-side (1–2)
Unified supply-side function. One pipeline across creators, sellers, restaurants, drivers, publishers, advertisers. Not per-vertical specialists. Comfortable owning a target.
